  • Limited usage of the service (less than 10% of allocated questions)
  • Technical issues preventing service access
  • Service not meeting advertised features

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Substantial usage of the service (more than 10% of allocated questions)
  • Requests made after 7 days of purchase
  • Account misuse or violation of terms
  • Change of mind after significant service usage

Refund Process

Example Scenario

If you purchase a premium plan with 100 questions and use 90 questions, you will not be eligible for a refund as you have substantially used the service. However, if you've only used 10 questions and are unsatisfied with the service, you may be eligible for a refund subject to review.
